CHANCA PIEDRA is a varietal shrub that is found in the tropical and subtropical rain forests of the Peruvian Amazon.
In Peruvian Spanish and indigenous herbal medical systems, CHANCA PIEDRA means both stone breaker and to shatter stones. CHANCA PIEDRA is used traditionally to help break up all types of kidney, bladder and gall stones and crystals.
CHANCA PIEDRA TINCTURE is used traditionally and holistically to help support healthy kidney function and to reduce inflammation in the bladder and kidneys related to urinary tract infections and inflammation; to help break up kidney, liver, gallbladder & bladder stones, gravel, crystals & calculi, providing a preventative layer of support against all types of urinary infections and stone formation in the kidneys, ureters and bladder, due to its natural plant chemical content including antioxidants, lignans, glycosides, flavonoids, linolic acid, alkaloids, ellagitannins, phenylpropanoids, lipids, sterols, and flavonols.
CHANCA PIEDRA TINCTURE contains healthy, natural plant chemicals that are strongly antilithic (stone breaking), antiviral, antibacterial, antispasmodic & analgesic (pain relieving).
Instructions for use:
CHANCA PIEDRA TINCTURE is a single ingredient. Depending on your pet's condition, our BREAK IT UP CAPSULES or MEAL TOPPER may be a more comprehensive solution for your pet's stone or crystal condition.
Your pet may drink more water and require more frequent bathroom breaks while using CHANCA PIEDRA. This is normal and a healthy response to the natural detoxification process.
Administer the treatment for 4 weeks and then terminate use for 1 week, if your pet's diet does not include a pet friendly Probiotic.
It is NOT suggested you take a break if your pet has large stones or is at risk of urethral blockage. Urethral blockage can become life threatening in a short time. Please consult your vet for long-term use if your pet is at risk for electrolyte balance.*
You should not see physical stones in your pet's stools or urine. CHANCA PIEDRA, in its literal translation means stone crusher and stone breaker, and passed stones and crystals will not be visible.

Contraindications
Contraindicated for use with pregnant and nursing dogs and cats. Likely contraindicated for pets diagnosed with hypoglycemia and likely contraindicated in various medical conditions where diuretics are not advised. Suggested to add a pet friendly probiotic to diet with use.
Drug Interactions
May potentiate insulin, diabetic, diuretic, anti-hypertensive and beta-blocker drugs and other heart medications (including chronotropic and inotropic drugs.)
Cautions
May increase the effect of insulin, diabetic, high blood pressure, and diuretic drugs. Have you pet drink plenty of water and plan more bathroom breaks. Do not use if your pet is pregnant, nursing or is being bred without vet supervision.
SUGGESTED USE
Shake well before use. Dosing can be split into 2 parts daily.
1-12 pounds: 1/4 Dropper, 2 times daily
13-25 pounds: 1/2 Dropper, 2 times daily
26-49 pounds: 3/4 Dropper, 2 times daily
50+ pounds: 1 Dropper, 2 times daily
