If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, please contact us at: contact@naturapetz.com so that we may provide a solution.  Please remember that supplements work differently than synthetic medications and typically require 4-6 weeks of use for the desired results for general maintenance issues and may require longer periods of time for chronci conditions

If you return an item, the item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in its original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure a full return credit.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service within 5 days of delivery at 1 877-306-1744 and/or contact@naturapetz.com

Please supply the Customer Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. 

The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. 

Natura Petz will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges and related damage only if shipped within the United States.

If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1-877-306-1744 or via email at contact@naturapetz.com. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.
