Amaranth - Gluten free grain used nutritionally as a complete protein source (one of the highest level proteins) plus high in vitamins, minerals and fiber, while low in fat. Contains all essential amino acids, particularly lysine, methionine and cysteine, which helps metabolize fatty acids into energy, build mucle, utilize calcium and maintain healthy skin and coat.
