ASHWAGANDHA is a popular herbal adaptogen that may help deliver multiple health benefits, particularly related to its potential to support nervous system response when excess stress, anxiety. nervous tension, hyperactivity, and environmental stress triggers are experienced, including the potential to help build resistance to stress response, and may help promote calmness and feelings of relaxation when peace has been interrupted.
ASHWAGANDHA has potential enhanced abilities to help the animal body respond to and manage common stress related to separation anxiety, fear, fireworks, thunder and lightning, loud noises, physical pain, visiting guests or other stressors, helping your dog or cat maintain a relaxed disposition.
What is an adaptogen and why are they valuable? Adaptogens may be an invaluable addition to your pet's diet because they may help carry out what we call the "3 R" Function" OR read, repair and restore actions. First, an adaptogen may help identify or read stress and imbalance; second, may help repair the body both nutritionally and phytochemically; and third, may help restore homeostasis, or balance, in your pet's body systems. Body system balance may offset disease.
One of the most widely used applications for the ASHWAGANDHA plant is related to its potential pancreatic support., including its traditional use to help reduce blood sugar levels in diabetic and non diabetic people alike, to help moderate excess cortisol production which drives increased blood sugar levels, may help increase insulin production and may help improve insulin sensitivity in muscle cells, which is a critical benefit for diabetic pets.

Do not use with pregnant or nursing pets, nor pets scheduled for surgery. pets diagnosed with ulcers, rheumatoid arthritis, or other auto-immune disorders; nor pets using high blood pressure, diabetes or thyroid medications.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add powder to your dog or cat's meal daily. Best if added to canned wet food, home prepared meals and treats, or raw, dehydrated or hybrid diets.
