TIGER NUT ROOT FLOUR is a roasted, tuberous root vegetable that is gluten free, grain free and vegan, with a slightly nutty flavor profile. Although referred to as a "nut" it is actually a tuberous vegetable root, low in starch but big in potential health benefits.
